As a Lead SDET, you will define the enterprise-wide test automation and quality engineering strategy, aligning with organizational goals and digital transformation initiatives. You will champion automation-first and shift-left testing approaches to enhance early defect detection and overall quality.

Establish robust standards, governance models, frameworks, and best practices for SDET teams across multiple programs. Lead cross-functional teams in developing scalable, high-quality automation solutions. You will also define, track, and improve key quality metrics, driving innovation in areas like AI/ML-based testing and self-healing frameworks, while providing strategic leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.

We are seeking a Lead SDET with 8-9 years of experience, proficient in API Automation (REST Assured), Automation Framework Creation & Development, and possessing basic Build + Deployment & CI/CD knowledge. Essential skills include Test Case Creation and Execution, Test Design Practices (TDD), Test Reporting & Risk Management, Core Java, JIRA, Selenium, and MS SQL.
