Define and implement a comprehensive test automation and quality engineering strategy. Champion automation-first and shift-left testing methodologies to ensure early defect detection and enhanced product quality. Establish robust standards, governance, and best practices for SDET teams across multiple programs. Lead cross-functional teams in developing scalable, high-quality automation solutions. Monitor and enhance KPIs and quality metrics, including automation coverage and defect leakage. Drive innovation in test automation through AI/ML, self-healing frameworks, and advanced analytics. Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

We are looking for a Lead SDET with 8-9 years of experience. Essential skills include API Automation (REST Assured), Automation Framework Creation & Development, basic Build + Deployment & CI/CD knowledge, Test Case Creation and Execution, Test Design Practices (TDD), Core Java, Selenium, and MS SQL. This role requires strong leadership, accountability, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders. Strategic thinking, effective communication, and a passion for innovation and continuous learning are crucial.
