As an SDET Lead, you will collaborate closely with existing SDET professionals within the POD to ensure robust test automation strategies. Your role will involve developing and implementing comprehensive test automation for both user interfaces (UI) and application programming interfaces (APIs). You will be instrumental in creating and maintaining test automation frameworks, contributing to test case design, execution, planning, and detailed reporting, including the identification of risks and dependencies. A key aspect of this role includes driving quality engineering initiatives and managing risks effectively within the development lifecycle.

We are seeking an accomplished SDET Lead with a strong command of core automation tools and methodologies. Proficiency in Selenium, RestAssured, Cucumber, TestNG, and Postman is essential. You must possess extensive experience in Java, including framework development for testing. Essential competencies include expertise in QA Automation (Selenium, Core Java, Rest Assured, BDD/Cucumber, TDD), manual QA skills (test case creation, execution, planning, reporting with risks/dependencies), and risk management. Familiarity with development tools like JIRA is also required. Experience in framework creation for testing is a mandatory requirement.
