Define and implement an enterprise-wide test automation and quality engineering strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, scalability, and digital transformation goals. We are seeking an experienced SDET Lead with 8-9 years of experience, proficient in core Java, Selenium, and API automation using REST Assured. Essential skills include experience in automation framework creation and development, basic knowledge of build, deployment, and CI/CD practices, and a strong understanding of test design principles such as TDD. Proficiency in test case creation, execution, reporting, risk management, JIRA, and MS SQL is required.
