As a Lead SDET, you will define and implement an enterprise-wide test automation and quality engineering strategy, aligning with organizational goals and digital transformation initiatives. You will champion automation-first and shift-left testing approaches to ensure early defect detection. Establishing standards, governance, frameworks, and best practices for SDET teams across multiple programs is key.

Lead cross-functional teams in delivering scalable, high-quality automation solutions. Define, track, and enhance KPIs and quality metrics, including automation coverage and defect leakage. Drive innovation in test automation by exploring AI/ML-based testing and self-healing frameworks. Provide strategic leadership, mentoring, and direction to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

We are seeking an experienced professional with 8-9 years of experience in Software Development in Test (SDET). Essential skills include API Automation using REST Assured, comprehensive experience in Automation Framework Creation and Development, and a solid understanding of Build, Deployment, and CI/CD processes.

Proficiency in Test Case Creation and Execution, Test Design Practices like TDD, and expertise in Test Reporting and Risk Management are crucial. A strong command of Core Java, JIRA, Selenium, and MS SQL is mandatory.
