Establish robust standards, governance frameworks, and best practices for SDET teams across diverse programs.

A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Software Development in Test (SDET) roles.

Proficiency in Selenium and API Automation using REST Assured is mandatory.

Experience in creating and developing robust automation frameworks is essential.

Solid understanding of basic build, deployment, and CI/CD processes.

Proven ability in test case creation, execution, and implementing Test Design Practices, including Test-Driven Development (TDD).

Strong command of Core Java and MS SQL.

Demonstrated leadership, accountability, and strategic thinking in driving quality outcomes and managing risks.
