Define and implement enterprise-wide test automation and quality engineering strategies. Drive the adoption of automation-first and shift-left testing methodologies to enhance early defect detection and product quality. Establish robust standards, governance frameworks, and best practices for SDET teams across various programs.

Lead cross-functional teams in developing scalable, high-quality automation solutions. Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics for automation coverage, defect leakage, and release quality. Spearhead innovation in test automation, exploring AI/ML-based testing and advanced analytics.

This role requires 8-9 years of experience and expertise in mandatory skills including API Automation (REST Assured), Automation Framework Creation & Development, basic Build + Deployment & CI/CD knowledge, Test Case Creation and Execution, Test Design Practices (TDD), Core Java, Selenium, and MS SQL.

Key responsibilities involve strategizing enterprise-wide quality engineering, promoting automation-first approaches, and establishing best practices. You will lead teams, define quality metrics, and drive innovation in test automation.
