As an SDET Lead, you will define the enterprise-wide test automation and quality engineering strategy, aligning with organizational goals and digital transformation. Drive the adoption of automation-first and shift-left testing methodologies to ensure early defect detection and enhance overall quality.

You will establish standards, governance frameworks, and best practices for SDET teams. Lead cross-functional teams in developing scalable, high-quality automation solutions. Monitor and improve key quality metrics and KPIs, including automation coverage and defect leakage. Innovate in test automation with AI/ML, self-healing frameworks, and advanced analytics.

This role requires 8-9 years of experience in Software Development in Test (SDET) and a strong command of mandatory skills including API Automation (REST Assured), Automation Framework Creation and Development, and basic CI/CD knowledge.

Proficiency in Test Case Creation and Execution, Test Design Practices (TDD), Test Reporting, and Risk Management is essential. You should also have expertise in Core Java, JIRA, Selenium, and MS SQL.
