Define and implement enterprise-wide test automation and quality engineering strategies aligned with organizational goals and digital transformation initiatives. Spearhead the adoption of automation-first and shift-left testing methodologies to enhance early defect detection and overall quality.

Establish robust standards, governance models, and frameworks for SDET teams across multiple programs. Lead cross-functional teams in developing scalable, high-quality automation solutions and meticulously track key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics, including automation coverage and defect leakage.

Drive innovation in test automation by exploring AI/ML-based testing, self-healing frameworks, and advanced analytics. Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and customer focus.

This role requires 8-9 years of experience in Software Development in Test (SDET) roles. A strong foundation in Core Java and Selenium is essential, along with expertise in API Automation using REST Assured.

Proficiency in building and developing automation frameworks, understanding basic build and deployment processes, and CI/CD knowledge is crucial. Experience with test case creation, execution, and Test Driven Development (TDD) practices is expected. Familiarity with MS SQL is also required.
