Define and implement enterprise-wide test automation and quality engineering strategies, driving adoption of automation-first and shift-left testing. Establish robust standards, governance models, and frameworks for SDET teams across multiple programs. Lead cross-functional teams in delivering scalable, high-quality automation solutions. Monitor and enhance KPIs and quality metrics related to automation coverage and defect leakage. Champion innovation in test automation, exploring AI/ML-based testing and self-healing frameworks. Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, cultivating a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

A minimum of 8-9 years of experience in Software Development in Test (SDET) roles. Proficiency in mandatory skills including API Automation (REST Assured), Automation Framework Creation & Development, basic CI/CD knowledge, Test Case Creation and Execution, Test Design Practices (TDD), Core Java, Selenium, and MS SQL. Demonstrated leadership and accountability in driving quality outcomes, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders. Strategic thinking is essential for managing quality risks and making informed decisions that balance quality, timelines, and business needs. Excellent communication skills for reporting quality status, risks, and dependencies are also required.
