As a hands-on SDET, your contributions will significantly enhance Alexa's testing efficiency and approach, directly impacting dynamic Amazon businesses. By prioritizing customer needs, you'll identify and build the optimal tools for superior quality and customer satisfaction. You will spearhead test automation for critical technical projects that span multiple service teams and Amazon businesses.

You are a practical problem-solver with excellent judgment, adept at balancing quality with strategic considerations to meet the demands of Alexa teams, projects, and products. You will bring clarity to complex situations, critically examine assumptions, highlight potential issues with data, and foster a collaborative understanding.
Envision, design, and develop cutting-edge GenAI tools, frameworks, and testing infrastructure to support testing efforts across multiple teams and Amazon businesses. This involves analyzing requirements, evaluating testability, identifying automation opportunities, and implementing them for projects requiring parallel execution across various business units.
Lead and actively contribute to design reviews, test planning sessions, and tools evaluations, fostering a cohesive test tool strategy across the organization. Drive initiatives to simplify test tools and technologies, focusing on efficiency, effectiveness, stability, extensibility, and scalability. Participate actively in employee hiring and development processes.
Develop and build new features and proofs-of-concept, contributing to the automation framework. Write MCP servers, APIs, and reference designs. Create High-Level Designs (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD) as appropriate. Document processes to enhance and challenge the status quo. Participate in daily stand-ups to assist the team in overcoming obstacles. Automate new features and manage their deployment using the existing GenAI Framework.
