Drive an enterprise-level Python-based automation strategy aligned with quality engineering and digital transformation goals. Establish robust governance, standards, and reusable frameworks for SDET teams across various programs.

Champion automation-first and shift-left testing to ensure early defect detection and enhance release quality. Lead cross-functional teams in delivering scalable, high-performance automation solutions for complex distributed systems. Define and monitor KPIs like automation coverage and defect leakage, while driving innovation in areas such as AI/ML-based testing and self-healing frameworks.

A strong foundation in programming, particularly Python, is essential. Expertise in API automation with tools like REST Assured is required, alongside experience in creating and developing robust automation frameworks. Familiarity with build, deployment, and CI/CD processes is necessary.

Proficiency in databases like Oracle and MS SQL, coupled with a deep understanding of test case creation, execution, and TDD principles, is expected. Experience with test reporting, risk management, and tools such as JIRA, Cypress, Selenium, and Playwright are critical for success in this role.
