Key responsibilities include leading the full software development lifecycle from design to maintenance, ensuring solutions are scalable and secure. You will influence architectural direction, evaluate technical trade-offs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects. Additionally, you'll champion engineering best practices, mentor fellow engineers, and drive continuous improvement in engineering excellence, contributing to both technical and team growth.
We are seeking experienced Software Engineers with a minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience, including a strong background in solving complex problems and leading system design or architecture. A proven track record as a mentor or tech lead is essential.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
