A solid foundation in software development is essential, with a minimum of three years of professional experience outside of internships. You should also possess at least two years of experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems, with a strong understanding of design patterns, reliability, and scalability.

Proficiency in at least one programming language is a prerequisite. Preferred candidates will also have experience across the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is highly advantageous.
