As a Software Development Engineer II on the Sales Data Services team, you will be instrumental in enhancing our AI agent backbone. Design and construct scalable services to aggregate, transform, and deliver real-time advertiser context, including account history, campaign performance, deal data, and behavioral signals, to AI agents. Develop robust APIs and data retrieval layers, ensuring low latency and high reliability for agents accessing structured and unstructured advertiser intelligence. Build and optimize retrieval-augmented generation pipelines to surface pertinent advertiser context for LLM-based agents during inference. Collaborate with Software Developers, PMTs, and Business Intelligence Engineers to integrate machine learning models, such as recommendations, segmentation, and forecasting, into the agent context layer. Contribute significantly to our agent architecture, encompassing memory management, session isolation, tool orchestration, and production deployment guardrails. Take ownership of end-to-end feature delivery, from initial design through production deployment, including operational excellence via monitoring, alarming, and runbooks. Lead technical decisions regarding data modeling, storage strategies, and system architecture for high-throughput, low-latency context services. Actively participate in code and design reviews, alongside on-call rotations for operational support.

Possess a minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience, excluding internships. Demonstrate at least 2 years of experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems, including familiarity with design patterns, reliability, and scaling principles. Proficiency in at least one software programming language is essential. Experience with the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, source control management, build processes, testing methodologies, and operations is highly preferred. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is a valuable asset.
