Embark on a pivotal role leading the One EU Listing initiative, a groundbreaking program set to revolutionize product cataloging within the European market. This transformative effort will shift from a fragmented model to a unified system where a single item becomes one EU ASIN with multiple language variants, established as a pan-European entity from its inception. This position will spearhead the end-to-end strategy and execution for this ambitious program.

Our vision is to create an unparalleled Amazon experience where sellers input their catalog in a single language, and our platform automatically distributes locale-appropriate listings across all eligible European marketplaces simultaneously. This involves developing and scaling a robust architecture capable of real-time processing of multi-country listing requests, encompassing bespoke features like multi-country attribute modeling, image generation, real-time compliance checks and resolution, and language translation.

GenAI will be central to this initiative, enabling large-scale processing and automation of seller inputs, with the ultimate goal of achieving one-click EU-wide listing workflows. As a technology leader, you will collaborate with multiple engineering teams, product managers, compliance specialists, and seller experience stakeholders to dismantle cross-listing friction and unlock the vast EU selection opportunity. With 90% of Buyable ASINs eligible for Pan-EU listing, the potential is significant, yet current availability across EU10 is limited.

Drive the end-to-end strategy and execution for the One EU Listing initiative.

Build and scale an architecture for real-time processing of multi-country listing requests.

Develop bespoke capabilities including multi-country attribute modeling, processing, image generation, real-time compliance checks, and language translation.

Leverage GenAI as a core pillar for large-scale processing and automation of seller inputs.

Coordinate across multiple engineering teams, product managers, compliance, and seller experience stakeholders to eliminate cross-listing friction and unlock the EU selection opportunity.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

A minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience, excluding internships.

Over 2 years of experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems, focusing on design patterns, reliability, and scaling.

Proficiency in at least one software programming language.

Preferred qualifications include extensive experience in the full software development life cycle (SDLC) and knowledge of professional software engineering best practices.
