Design, develop, and manage software solutions end-to-end, from customer needs through to design, coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing operations.

Tackle ambiguous challenges with a clear objective, bringing clarity and delivering elegant solutions to complex problems.

Collaborate closely with scientists, product managers, and designers to transform customer problems into world-class products.

Utilize AI tools and modern engineering methodologies to accelerate development and elevate software quality, while also helping the team enhance its AI adoption.

Ensure operational excellence for all developed systems, including monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement of customer and partner experiences.

Elevate the team's technical standards through rigorous code reviews, mentorship, and contributing to the hiring of top talent.

Requires a minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience, excluding internships.

Possesses at least 2 years of experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems, with a focus on design patterns, reliability, and scalability.

Proficient in programming with at least one software programming language.

Holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field, or possesses equivalent practical experience.

Preferred qualifications include 3+ years of experience across the full software development lifecycle, encompassing coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.

Experience in building and successfully delivering complex software systems to customers is highly valued.

Demonstrated ability in debugging, profiling, and implementing best software engineering practices within large-scale systems is advantageous.
