Design and develop large-scale ML infrastructure for recommendations, ad ranking, personalization, and search, incorporating generative AI and LLMs for enhanced ad relevance and customer experience. Utilize modern AI/ML and Big Data technologies including AWS services, Spark, PyTorch/TensorFlow, vector databases, and real-time inference pipelines. Drive technology choices, balancing traditional ML with foundation models, and lead continuous innovation within India Advertising. Contribute to the technical direction of solutions, working with LLM orchestration, RAG pipelines, and agentic systems. Own the coding, troubleshooting, and support of high-volume, low-latency distributed systems, including ML model serving and real-time feature stores.
Implement key customer experience features, including AI-powered advertising products and platform services. Collaborate with business teams to translate functional requirements into technical features, using AI to accelerate delivery and experimentation. Ensure operational excellence in product stability, performance, flexibility, and responsible AI practices.
Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience (excluding internships) and 2 years of experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems, focusing on design patterns, reliability, and scaling. Experience in the Video Games Industry, supporting title development, release, or live operations, is also required, along with proficiency in at least one software programming language. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
