Design and implement robust software features, overseeing the entire development lifecycle from concept to deployment and operation. Collaborate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate business and user needs into efficient technical solutions. Proactively identify and resolve operational issues, implementing permanent fixes and continually enhancing system reliability and team processes.

Explore and evaluate emerging technologies, including generative AI, to boost productivity and solution quality, providing insights and recommendations for adoption.

A minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience (excluding internships) is required. Additionally, possess at least 2 years of experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems, focusing on reliability and scalability.

Proficiency in at least one core software programming language is essential. A strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations, is highly desirable.
