As our Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) and Truckload (TL) businesses expand, we require exceptional booking and execution efficiency. This is crucial for maintaining a competitive service offering while optimizing network utilization, carrier performance, and long-term profitability.

This role offers the opportunity to tackle a variety of complex technical challenges. Key areas of focus include developing a new quotation architecture, building robust shipper identity and profile systems, and enhancing shipper communication infrastructure. You'll also address core network challenges such as network design and demand mismatch, improve scheduling reliability and service quality, and contribute to a new operator tooling application.

Collaborate with senior Software Development Engineers (SDEs) and Principal Engineers on high-impact projects. Solve complex problems at scale, enhancing existing services and building new ones from the ground up. Apply deep and intricate algorithms to elevate the customer experience globally and optimize network operations.

Key responsibilities include: - Developing a novel quotation architecture. - Implementing shipper identity and profile management. - Improving shipper communication systems. - Addressing network design and demand mismatch challenges. - Enhancing scheduling reliability and service quality.

We are seeking candidates with a solid foundation in software development and system design. A minimum of 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience is required.

Additionally, candidates should possess at least 2 years of experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems, with a strong understanding of design patterns, reliability, and scaling principles. Proficiency in at least one software programming language is essential.

Preferred qualifications include 3+ years of experience across the full software development lifecycle, encompassing coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field is highly valued.
