This role involves owning stakeholder alignment and guiding cross-functional teams from problem definition to value realization. We seek individuals with strong solution leadership, data fluency, and hands-on Aera delivery experience.

Your key responsibilities include leading discovery workshops to define business objectives and outcomes, owning end-to-end solution design, and guiding teams in translating business needs into scalable Aera techno-functional designs. You will review solution logic, manage client stakeholders, lead functional and technical teams, and drive user adoption and outcome tracking. Identifying reusable assets and partnering with sales teams are also crucial aspects of this role.

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in engineering, business analytics, supply chain, operations, finance, or a related field, with a Master's degree being advantageous. An MBA from a Tier 1 institute is preferred. You should have over 10 years of experience in consulting, enterprise technology, analytics, data solutions, or digital transformation. Demonstrated experience in leading techno-functional solution delivery and strong SQL and data analysis capabilities are essential.
