EY's Global Delivery Services (GDS) is seeking a skilled Digital Supply Chain Lead (FDE) Manager with 9-12 years of experience. Key responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, designing and developing full-stack web applications using modern technologies. You will build responsive user interfaces with frameworks like React or Angular, and develop server-side logic, APIs, and microservices using Node.js, .NET, Java, or Python. Database design and optimization, integration with internal/external systems, and participating in architecture discussions are crucial. Troubleshooting, debugging, and implementing security and performance optimizations are also vital. You will contribute to CI/CD and DevOps practices, mentor junior developers, and support knowledge sharing within the team.

To qualify, candidates need 6-10 years of hands-on full-stack development experience. Essential skills include proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript) and frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js, PowerApps), coupled with back-end expertise in Node.js, .NET Core, Java Spring Boot, or Python. A solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and API integration patterns is required. Experience with relational (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB), Git, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) is necessary. Familiarity with AI/RAG applications, LLM integration frameworks like LangChain, and CI/CD tools is also expected. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills are fundamental.
