Translate intricate business requirements into effective Kinaxis solutions, focusing on Demand, Supply, Inventory, and Scheduling modules. Drive solution design, configuration, testing, training, and knowledge transfer. Conduct workshops to understand end-to-end business processes and propose optimal solutions. Ensure high-quality client delivery, managing project risks, stakeholders, and budgets effectively. Identify new business opportunities and cultivate strong client relationships, contributing to the growth of EY's Kinaxis competency.

Possess deep expertise in Kinaxis supply chain planning solutions with 10+ years of consulting experience. Demonstrate strong business analysis skills, proficiency in SCM concepts, and statistical algorithms. You should be adept at translating business needs into technical solutions, performing fit-gap analysis, and developing detailed solution designs. Experience with Kinaxis module configuration and testing is essential. Familiarity with Chemicals, Consumer Goods & Life Sciences, or AM&M industries is advantageous. An advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field is preferred, though relevant experience may be considered. Fluency in English is expected.
