Spearhead BY WMS module implementation, focusing on configuration, user training, knowledge transfer, and comprehensive documentation. Ensure the delivery of high-quality client solutions that consistently meet and exceed expectations, delivered on time and within budget.

Effectively manage client solution delivery, defining project strategies, leading and motivating project teams, proactively managing risks, and engaging key stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. Identify new business opportunities through strong client relationships and by understanding client needs and EY's service offerings.

We are seeking a Senior Consultant with 4-8 years of experience in Supply Chain Management and Logistics, including leadership roles. A minimum of 1-2 full life-cycle implementations or roll-outs of JDA/BY Warehouse Management Solutions is essential.

Key technical proficiencies include knowledge of BY WMS Integrator, MOCA, and Warehouse Labor Management (WLM). You should possess strong experience with WMS configurations, including slotting and parcel-related setups, and be adept at troubleshooting, reading trace files, and developing Page Builders, Labels, and Reports.

Your active participation will be crucial in gathering business requirements, performing fit-gap analysis, designing solutions, and ensuring expertise in configurations and testing. Support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and providing go-live assistance are vital. Furthermore, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing documentation, developing training guides, conducting user training, and working on Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and bug fixes. Experience across WMS areas such as Yard Management, Inbound Operations, Outbound Operations, Inventory Management, and WMS Reports & Analytics is required.
