This role is crucial in ensuring project alignment, timely delivery, and effective resource utilization within our DevSecOps initiatives.

This role involves significant team oversight and coordination, aiming for 20-25% of your time dedicated to ensuring alignment, timely delivery, and efficient resource management. You will manage JIRA in accordance with Agile practices, including backlog management, sprint planning, refinement, and progress tracking.

A proactive approach is essential for identifying and resolving risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks. You'll provide technical support across DevSecOps domains, ensuring operational excellence, SLA compliance, and continuous service improvement.

Key duties include designing, implementing, and governing enterprise DevSecOps platforms using tools like GitHub Enterprise, Terraform, Azure, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes. You will also serve as a liaison between the Product Owner and the DevSecOps team, fostering collaboration.

Furthermore, dedicate 10% of your capacity to knowledge sharing and best practices within the team. Drive DevSecOps standardization, automation, and platform optimization to enhance security, developer experience, and operational effectiveness. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are vital for this role.

Proven experience as a Scrum Master with a robust understanding of DevSecOps principles and practices.

Proficiency in managing JIRA and implementing Agile methodologies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and reviews.

Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.

Strong technical expertise in DevSecOps platforms, encompassing GitHub Enterprise, GHAS, GitHub Copilot Governance, GitHub Actions, SonarQube, Artifact Management, Terraform, Azure, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Experience with identity management solutions like Microsoft Entra B2B, B2C, and External Identities.

Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, documentation, and collaboration skills, with the capacity to articulate technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.

Ability to drive standardization, automation, and optimization within DevSecOps environments.
