As a servant leader, Agile coach, and facilitator, you'll guide teams in adopting Agile best practices and driving delivery through Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe. You'll foster collaboration and remove impediments, working closely with product owners, stakeholders, and distributed engineering teams to continuously enhance team performance.

Key responsibilities include facilitating Agile ceremonies like Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. You will drive execution using Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks, and support Program Increment (PI) Planning and cross-team alignment. This role involves coaching teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, resolving impediments, managing dependencies and risks, and tracking Agile metrics to boost delivery predictability.

Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement. You will ensure effective communication between distributed teams and business stakeholders, and support process improvement initiatives within automotive software development programs.

We are looking for professionals with 6-9 years of experience in Scrum Master, Agile Coaching, or Agile Delivery roles. Demonstrated hands-on experience with Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks is essential. Experience supporting Embedded Software Development projects in the Automotive domain, with an understanding of the Automotive Software Development Lifecycle and ASPICE processes, is highly valued.

Technical awareness of Embedded Systems and Automotive Cybersecurity concepts is beneficial. Strong knowledge of Agile metrics, planning processes, and delivery governance is required, along with proven experience in managing dependencies and stakeholder communication. Excellent facilitation, coaching, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills are paramount, complemented by strong communication capabilities. Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Miro is expected.
