Seeking a dynamic Scrum Master to champion Agile methodologies and ensure the efficient operation of software development teams. This role involves fostering a collaborative environment, coaching teams, and actively removing impediments to successful project delivery. The Scrum Master will be instrumental in facilitating key Agile ceremonies and tracking progress through relevant metrics.

Lead and empower software development teams using Agile principles. Facilitate all Scrum and Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Coach and mentor Scrum teams, removing obstacles and ensuring a clear focus on delivery. Identify and report team progress using relevant metrics. Collaborate with stakeholders and other teams to ensure alignment and resolve dependencies. Champion continuous improvement by adapting processes and encouraging feedback. Provide guidance and support to junior team members.

Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile coaching role. Demonstrated proficiency in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). Experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies and applying Agile methodologies effectively. Strong skills in team collaboration, communication, and conflict resolution. Ability to track and report project progress using appropriate metrics. Competence in identifying and removing impediments. Excellent mentoring and coaching abilities. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required. Must have completed 15 years of full-time education.
