Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate all Agile Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement. You will coach teams on Agile principles and Kanban practices, while proactively identifying and removing impediments to ensure sprint goals are met.

Collaborate closely with Product Owners on backlog management and prioritization. Monitor team progress using Agile metrics and drive transparency using tools like Jira and Azure DevOps. Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, development teams, and leadership to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with 6-12 years of overall IT experience, demonstrating expertise in facilitating Agile software development teams. A strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Agile delivery frameworks is essential.

Proficiency in Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, and Confluence is required. You should possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills. Experience with SDLC, CI/CD, and DevOps methodologies is also crucial. Scrum certifications like CSM or PSM are highly preferred, with PMP or other Agile certifications being a plus.
