As a Scrum Master, you will be instrumental in fostering the effective operation of a software development team adhering to Agile methodologies. Your role involves guiding and supporting Scrum Teams, actively removing impediments to successful implementation, and ensuring a steadfast focus on ongoing tasks.

You will facilitate key Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Additionally, you'll track and report progress using relevant metrics, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality deliverables.

Serve as an enabler for effective team functioning within Agile frameworks. Coach and mentor Scrum Teams, diligently removing obstacles to progress. Facilitate all essential Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identify and report project progress through the application of appropriate metrics. Expected to operate independently and develop subject matter expertise. Actively participate and contribute to team discussions and problem-solving.

A minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience in Agile Project Management is mandatory. A total of 15 years of full-time education is required.

Proficiency in Agile Project Management is a must-have skill. Experience with Scrum and Kanban methodologies is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and practices is essential. The ability to coach teams in Agile principles and methodologies is key. Familiarity with Agile project management tools such as Jira or Trello is beneficial.
