As a Scrum Master, you will be instrumental in fostering efficient Agile ceremonies, resolving impediments, and boosting team performance. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, developers, QA teams, and other key stakeholders to ensure predictable, high-quality project delivery.

Facilitate all Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Support Product Owners and teams in maintaining a well-defined and prioritized backlog, helping to establish realistic sprint goals based on team capacity.

Track sprint progress, monitor delivery commitments, and actively identify and remove impediments hindering team productivity. Promote Agile best practices and coach team members on Scrum principles, ownership, collaboration, and self-organization.

Monitor key delivery metrics like velocity, burndown/burnup charts, and sprint predictability. Support release planning, coordinate across various teams, and manage dependencies to ensure smooth delivery. Ensure risks and issues are identified and addressed promptly.

A strong track record as a Scrum Master in Agile delivery environments is essential. A solid understanding of Scrum principles, Agile methodologies, sprint planning, backlog management, estimation techniques, retrospectives, and release planning is required.

Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, architects, business analysts, and product owners. You should be adept at managing risks, dependencies, impediments, and delivery commitments.

Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills are crucial. The ability to coach teams and enhance their Agile maturity, coupled with experience using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Confluence, is necessary. A good grasp of Agile delivery metrics and reporting is also key. Experience working effectively with globally distributed teams is beneficial.
