As a Digital Procurement Transformation Manager, you will spearhead Source-to-Pay implementations, refine procurement processes, enhance supplier engagement, and manage crucial change management activities. Success in this position hinges on proven project management skills, a knack for process optimization, deep expertise in digital procurement, and effective stakeholder collaboration. You'll guide technology-enabled procurement transformation programs from conceptualization through successful adoption.

Manage key workstreams in procurement transformation, covering Source-to-Pay, sourcing, supplier relations, and operational aspects. Conduct current-state analyses, redesign processes, identify gaps, and plan implementations. Develop business requirements, process documentation, and transformation roadmaps. Support future-state process design, governance frameworks, adoption strategies, and benefit realization tracking.

Aid in procurement technology implementations across all project phases, including planning, design, testing, deployment, training, and user adoption. Contribute to functional design discussions, validate requirements, provide configuration input, and support testing and readiness activities. Facilitate supplier enablement and change management to boost adoption and operational discipline.

Identify opportunities to enhance procurement efficiency, compliance, controls, and user experience. Support workflow automation, reporting improvements, procurement analytics, and process optimization. Monitor implementation progress, adoption rates, issue resolution, and benefit achievement. Contribute to process standardization, policy alignment, buying channel enhancements, and governance improvements.

Coordinate communication across business, procurement, finance, operations, and technology teams. Support governance meetings, manage issues and risks, maintain decision logs, and ensure timely closure of action items. Oversee the successful execution of workstream deliverables, milestones, and commitments. Prepare comprehensive materials for workshops, working sessions, and steering committee updates.

Assist in supplier onboarding, enablement planning, communication efforts, and readiness activities. Contribute to change impact assessments, training content, user support documentation, and adoption materials. Collaborate with procurement and technology teams to foster supplier collaboration and improve user adoption. Support communication and training initiatives to familiarize stakeholders with new processes and tools.

Develop reusable templates, training materials, process documents, and knowledge bases. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and the advancement of procurement transformation best practices. Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and internal capability development. Help establish consistent methods and accelerators for digital procurement implementation.

A minimum of 8-10 years of experience is required in areas such as procurement transformation, digital procurement, Source-to-Pay implementation, or procurement operations improvement. A solid understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, procurement technology solutions, and the implementation lifecycle is essential.

Domain experience within the BFSI sector, specifically in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), is a mandatory requirement. Prior experience supporting procurement transformation initiatives leveraging SAP Ariba and Coupa is also necessary.

Strong capabilities in project management, stakeholder engagement, communication, and documentation are crucial. Proven experience managing implementation workstreams, transformation deliverables, project tracking, and stakeholder reporting is expected. An understanding of procurement analytics, process improvement methodologies, benefits tracking, change management, and adoption support is also important.

Candidates must demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and independently manage delivery responsibilities within a consulting or transformation context. A robust problem-solving approach, coupled with the ability to translate business needs into structured process, technology, and governance outputs, is highly valued.
