EY is seeking a Digital Procurement Transformation Manager to drive significant advancements in procurement operations. You will lead workstreams for digital procurement transformation, covering Source-to-Pay, sourcing, supplier management, and operations. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, redesigning processes, and developing transformation roadmaps. This involves partnering with stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into actionable delivery plans and supporting technology implementations from design through adoption.

Key activities also include identifying efficiency improvements, supporting workflow automation, tracking performance, and enhancing procurement governance. You will coordinate cross-functional communications, manage governance meetings, and ensure successful delivery of workstream objectives. Additionally, you will support supplier onboarding, change management initiatives, and capability building through documentation and knowledge sharing.

A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in procurement transformation, digital procurement, Source-to-Pay implementations, or procurement operations improvement is required. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, procurement technology solutions, and the full implementation lifecycle.

Proven experience in managing implementation workstreams, project trackers, and stakeholder updates is essential. You will need excellent project management, stakeholder engagement, communication, and documentation skills. A solid grasp of procurement analytics, process improvement, benefits tracking, change management, and adoption support is also expected. The ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage delivery responsibilities independently is crucial for this role.
