This Senior SAP PLM Functional Consultant role focuses on driving comprehensive SAP PLM delivery for the process industry. You will be instrumental in transforming business requirements into robust, scalable PLM solutions, optimizing processes, and ensuring efficient and compliant product lifecycle management.

Key responsibilities include conducting thorough business analysis, translating requirements into functional specifications, and designing compliant PLM processes. You will lead end-to-end PLM process design for the process industry, covering innovation, product development, master data management, change control, and regulatory compliance.

Further duties involve configuring SAP PLM modules, supporting enhancements, developing and executing test strategies, and assisting with User Acceptance Testing (UAT). You will also conduct user training, develop functional documentation, and facilitate knowledge transfer. Collaboration with cross-functional and technical teams, defect management using tools like JIRA/Azure DevOps, and staying updated on SAP PLM advancements are also crucial.

Candidates should possess strong expertise in SAP PLM modules, including Recipe Development, Specification Management, EHS, PPM, and ECM. Proven experience within the process industries (Consumer Goods, Food & Beverages, Life Sciences) is essential.

We are looking for candidates with deep knowledge of PLM process design and transformation, coupled with hands-on experience in configuring SAP PLM solutions. A solid understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks and experience with integrations to SAP ERP/S4, Quality, and Supply Chain systems are required. Proficiency in testing, UAT, defect management, and tools like JIRA/Azure DevOps, along with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, are vital for success in this role.
