Drive comprehensive SAP PLM functional delivery within process industries, translating business needs into scalable solutions. Key responsibilities include designing end-to-end PLM processes, managing innovation and portfolio, product development, master data, change control, and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with R&D, QA, and regulatory teams, configure SAP PLM modules, and support enhancements. Develop and execute test strategies, facilitate UAT, and ensure quality releases. Conduct user training, develop functional documentation, and drive knowledge transfer. Partner with cross-functional and technical teams, manage defects via JIRA/Azure DevOps, and stay current with SAP PLM advancements and industry best practices.

We seek a Senior SAP PLM Functional Consultant with 3-6 years of experience in process industries such as Consumer Goods, Food & Beverages, and Life Sciences. Essential skills include strong knowledge of SAP PLM modules (Recipe Development, Specification Management, EHS, PPM, ECM), expertise in PLM process design and transformation, and hands-on configuration experience. A solid understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks and experience with integrations (SAP ERP/S4, Quality, Supply Chain) are crucial. Proficiency in testing, UAT, defect management, and tools like JIRA/Azure DevOps is required, alongside excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for global, cross-functional teamwork. A Bachelor of Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) is the required educational qualification.
