The team offers comprehensive support to clients worldwide in areas like Consulting, Assurance, Tax, Strategy & Transactions, and Knowledge Management, alongside innovative services for EY's global enablement teams.

Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Mentor Scrum teams on Agile/Scrum principles to foster continuous improvement and resolve impediments. Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to maintain a prioritized product backlog. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into actionable user stories and functional specifications. Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions by working with cross-functional teams.

Track project progress using key metrics like velocity and burndown charts. Enhance communication and coordination across distributed teams. Support the scaling of Agile processes and adapt methodologies as needed. Proactively identify and resolve risks and issues to ensure projects remain on track. Utilize Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence effectively.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Professional Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMI-ACP are highly valued. Possess at least 6 years of experience as a Scrum Master and Business Analyst within Agile environments. Demonstrate a strong grasp of the Scrum framework, Agile methodologies, and business analysis principles. Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate Agile ceremonies is essential.

Proficiency in writing user stories, use cases, and functional requirements is necessary. Experience with Agile project management tools like Jira and Confluence is required. Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills are fundamental. Prior experience in software development or IT projects involving SaaS, microservices, or enterprise systems is considered a significant advantage.
