This role also involves supporting Smart Factory and Digital Manufacturing solutions, implementing various improvement programs, engaging with shop-floor teams, and performing data analysis to provide actionable insights. Collaboration with cross-functional and global teams is essential for successful client engagement delivery.

Ideal candidates possess 2-5 years of experience in Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, or related fields, with a solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Industry 4.0, and Digital Transformation concepts. A minimum of 1-2 years of implementation consulting experience in areas like Smart Factory or Digital Manufacturing is required. Prior experience in client-facing projects and a consulting or advisory environment is preferred. Essential skills include strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, effective communication, stakeholder management, attention to detail, and a proactive, continuous improvement mindset. Proficiency in analytics and visualization platforms, as well as knowledge of MES, ERP, and IoT platforms, is highly advantageous.
