- Analyze current manufacturing operating models and conceptualize future-state visions aligned with business strategy. - Design and implement frameworks for measuring and managing organizational operating models. - Lead the deployment of manufacturing excellence work processes across multiple sites, ensuring standardization and sustainable performance. - Drive operational excellence initiatives to enhance client performance and supply chain stability. - Facilitate change management, leadership coaching, and capability development for new operating standards. - Design and implement EY Smart Factory solutions and digital transformation initiatives. - Implement measures to improve resource utilization and customer satisfaction using OEE, lot size adjustments, SMED, Predictive Maintenance, TPM, 5S, and 7QC Tools. - Utilize shop-floor experience to understand and resolve real-time operational challenges. - Lead digital transformation efforts using Advanced Analytics, Industrial IoT, Power BI, MES, and Smart Factory solutions. - Work with manufacturing and enterprise systems like MES, ERP (SAP preferred), QMS, CMMS/EAM, and Industrial IoT platforms. - Assist in digital shop floor transformation and implement modern technology solutions. - Analyze structured and unstructured manufacturing data to derive meaningful insights. - Establish transformation governance, conduct site maturity assessments, and track benefits. - Actively contribute to building an industry-focused practice within EY GDS. - Identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and present rational solutions to CXOs. - Oversee task execution, resource management, and team performance.

- Possess strong core consulting skills, including problem-solving, analytical thinking, research, logical structuring, storyboarding, and executive-level presentations. - Demonstrate robust leadership and project management abilities for complex transformation initiatives. - Exhibit excellent change management and stakeholder engagement skills, driving organizational adoption. - Be a self-motivated, innovative, and collaborative team player suited for dynamic client environments. - Possess strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills, adept at interacting with diverse stakeholder groups. - Show exceptional attention to detail and a proven track record of delivering high-impact outcomes. - Ability to identify opportunities, solve unstructured problems, and develop practical, value-driven recommendations. - Strong business acumen and stakeholder management capabilities, combined with a hands-on implementation mindset. - Experience with manufacturing analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). - Working knowledge of manufacturing and enterprise systems (e.g., MES, ERP, QMS). - Experience in data-driven performance improvement and operational decision support. - Understanding of change management frameworks and organizational transformation methodologies. - Experience with global and multi-site transformation programs is advantageous. - An MBA from a top-tier institution with a specialization in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing is preferred. - 6-10 years of experience in Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, Supply Chain Operations, or Manufacturing Transformation. - Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, Industry 4.0, and Digital Transformation methodologies. - At least 2-3 years of hands-on implementation consulting experience. - Prior experience in a leading consulting firm is essential. - Demonstrated experience in end-to-end client delivery, from assessment to benefits realization. - Willingness to travel internationally as required.
