Capgemini is seeking a Director/Sr Director level executive to lead IBO Transformation P&C. Lead and shape end-to-end supply chain and IBO transformation programs. Develop required business cases, models, transition plans, and transformation roadmaps. Advise clients on planning, customer service, logistics, inventory, AI enablement, and related performance management topics. Ensure high-quality, value-led delivery with strong executive stakeholder engagement. Lead strategy, design, transition, and client transformation programs to unlock value through AI, outcome-based commercial models, enabling technology, and related process and organizational design.

Requires a minimum of 15 years of experience in management consulting, client operations management, and technology enablement, with a proven track record in large-scale supply operations and related outsourcing of managed services transformation. Must be commercially credible and client-facing, capable of driving growth and delivery within the intelligent business operations ecosystem. Expertise is needed across various industries, with a specialization in one of the following: Consumer Products, Life Sciences, Retail, Industrial, Aerospace and Defense, or Automotive. Possess a creative and innovative mindset, capable of combining it with proven expertise in business model redesigns and digital transformation. Deep expertise in Supply Chain is essential, with SME-level knowledge in either planning, customer operations, procurement, or fulfilment. Apply leading thinking around agentic-first and outcome-based commercial models in order to design and implement intelligent business operations. Lead and collaborate with client team executives to plan and deliver shared services or global business services solutions. Support business development activities, revenue growth projects, and consulting-led engagements. Develop detailed work plans, direct project teams, manage budgets, and meet quality standards. Serve as a subject matter advisor to senior-level clients.
