Capgemini is seeking a seasoned professional to lead and deliver critical supply chain services to clients. This role focuses on continuous improvement of processes such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Master Data Management, Customer Order Management, Material Planning, Distribution Planning, and Supply Chain Analytics. Collaboration with clients and their teams is key to understanding and meeting evolving business needs.

This leadership position involves building robust service delivery teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the supply chain domain. You will manage diverse teams, potentially a mix of Capgemini and client personnel, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Deliver exceptional business-critical supply chain services to clients, consistently exceeding expectations. Develop and nurture high-performing service delivery teams and capabilities within the supply chain function, promoting an evolving and continuously improving service culture. Effectively manage service delivery teams, which may comprise both Capgemini and client employees, to achieve strategic objectives.

Cultivate strong and credible relationships with clients by actively understanding their challenges and providing innovative solutions. Clearly articulate the value and outputs delivered by yourself and the broader Capgemini Supply Chain delivery team to meet client objectives.

A minimum of 15 to 22 years of extensive experience in supply chain management is required. Deep, in-depth knowledge across all planning processes is essential. A Lean Six Sigma or Black Belt certification is a significant advantage. Exceptional client relationship management skills are paramount for success in this role. A solid understanding of business process outsourcing principles is also necessary.
