Seeking an experienced SCM Consultant to lead intricate Oracle Fusion SCM implementations within process manufacturing settings. This role demands extensive expertise in ERP, supply chain strategies, and project oversight. You will be instrumental in driving the full project lifecycle, from initial rollout to ongoing support and enhancements, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of supply chain operations.

This position involves acting as a key interface between business units, operational teams, and IT, facilitating efficient communication and collaboration. The focus is on transforming supply chain processes through the application of best practices and advanced functionalities within Oracle Fusion SCM.

Spearhead end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementations, encompassing rollouts, enhancements, and support for process manufacturing environments. Drive critical project phases, including requirement gathering, solution design, fit-gap analysis, CRP, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities. Lead the setup of Oracle Fusion Process Manufacturing modules, focusing on Item Master, BOMs, Routings, and Work Definitions. Oversee project planning, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.

Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues. Support initiatives for inventory optimization, procurement efficiency, and production planning improvements. Ensure adherence to internal controls and organizational governance standards. Champion continuous improvement and the adoption of Oracle Fusion SCM best practices across the organization.

A minimum of 10 years of experience is required in ERP implementations, Supply Chain Management, and Project Management. Essential expertise includes Oracle Fusion Procurement, Supply Planning, Cost Management, PIM, and Order Management. A deep understanding of process manufacturing operations, production planning, inventory, and warehouse management is crucial. Proven experience in project planning, stakeholder, risk, budget, and resource management is mandatory.

Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in leading requirement gathering, solution design, and UAT. Experience with data migration, SIT, and deployment is also necessary. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to effectively liaise between business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners.
