This position focuses on comprehensive SCCM lifecycle management, from initial build to ongoing L3 support. We are seeking a candidate with proven expertise in SCCM architecture, OS deployment, patch management, software distribution, client health, and complex issue resolution within large-scale systems.

Lead end-to-end SCCM infrastructure design, installation, and configuration, including primary/secondary sites and core roles. Manage software deployment, application packaging, patching, OS deployment, and inventory for efficient endpoint lifecycle management. Provide L3 support for complex SCCM issues, conduct root cause analysis, and ensure system stability and performance.

Develop PowerShell scripts for automation and reporting. Optimize SCCM performance and infrastructure. Document processes, participate in change management, and adhere to security and governance standards. Support integration with Microsoft Intune and other modern endpoint management solutions.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is required. A minimum of 8 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years focused on SCCM/MECM administration and engineering, is essential. Proven experience in building SCCM from scratch and 3+ years in an L3 support or engineering capacity are necessary.

Strong technical skills include SCCM site installation, hierarchy design, management/distribution point configuration, client installation and troubleshooting, software deployment, patch management, OS deployment, PXE boot, and SQL-based troubleshooting. Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, PKI, and PowerShell scripting is mandatory. Experience with SCCM logs, client logs, WSUS sync issues, and deployment failures is critical.
