Lead the design, deployment, and administration of end-to-end SCCM/MECM infrastructure. This includes standing up new instances from scratch, configuring core components, and providing L3 support for enterprise environments. Key responsibilities involve SCCM infrastructure build and configuration, endpoint management, L3 support, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring environment stability. You will also drive automation, compliance, and optimization initiatives, develop PowerShell scripts, monitor performance, and create necessary documentation for governance and stakeholder reporting.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on SCCM/MECM experience and at least 3 years in an L3 support/engineering role. Essential technical skills include strong SCCM/MECM administration, experience building SCCM from scratch, and expertise in site installation, hierarchy design, client management, software deployment, patch management, and OS deployment. Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, PowerShell scripting, and SQL for backend support is crucial. Experience with Intune, Co-Management, and Autopilot is preferred.
