Our Data & AI practice is at the forefront of helping clients transform their businesses through advanced analytics. By unlocking insights from data, we enable organizations to make better decisions, enhance customer relationships, and achieve high performance. From strategic planning to execution, we partner with clients to build robust analytical capabilities, ranging from data access and reporting to sophisticated predictive modeling.

As a key member of our Analytics team, you will contribute to developing cutting-edge analytics solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

- Crafting analytics solutions to support critical business functions like marketing analytics, customer segmentation, acquisition strategies, business operations, and forecasting. - Designing and implementing statistical testing programs to measure and enhance ongoing performance. - Applying advanced analytical techniques, including exploratory data analysis, regression analysis, bootstrapping, decision trees, cluster analysis, choice modeling, and survival analysis.

We are seeking candidates with a Master's degree in Statistics, Quantitative Science, or an MBA. You should possess practical experience in forecasting, modeling, and data analysis, with a proven track record of using regression and optimization models and techniques.

Proficiency in one or more data science capabilities, preferably Python, is highly valued, with exposure to R or SAS also beneficial. Essential skills include data management capabilities, SQL, Spark, and data visualization using Tableau or Power BI.

We are looking for individuals with a strong ability to process large datasets and extract strategic insights. Some exposure to computer programming is necessary, along with excellent communication skills. The role may involve extensive travel, up to two months at a stretch. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is also required.
