Develop and test AI algorithms tailored to solve intricate business problems. Efficiently manage large datasets and conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover key insights. Investigate historical data, ask probing questions to identify root causes of issues, and apply systematic problem-solving approaches. Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external consultants to achieve project goals. Create and maintain data pipelines to optimize information flow and enhance efficiency. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field is required. Prior experience working with large Software or Platform organizations is essential. Proven track record of at least 2 years in AI projects, delivering successful outcomes. Hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks like Azure OpenAI and Vertex AI is crucial. Strong knowledge of AI technologies including Embedding, Prompt Engineering, NLP, and Computer Vision. Experience in building and deploying statistical and machine learning models, including segmentation, predictive modeling, and time series analysis. Proficiency in working with large datasets, presenting findings to stakeholders, and data management using SQL. Skilled in statistical packages such as R, Python, Java, SQL, and Spark. Familiarity with training and fine-tuning large language models for specific applications. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for model deployment. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
