Develop and rigorously test advanced AI algorithms and techniques, precisely tailored to solve complex business challenges. Proficiently manage extensive databases, conducting in-depth exploratory data analysis to extract valuable insights for stakeholders. Investigate prior information related to issues, utilizing probing questions to pinpoint root causes.

Systematically approach problem-solving, exploring established methods and asking insightful questions to uncover core issues. Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external consultants/managers to achieve shared project objectives. Build and maintain robust data pipelines to optimize information flow and enhance operational efficiency.

Demonstrate agility and flexibility in adapting to evolving project requirements. Proactively engage in continuous learning to stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements in AI and Data Science.

This role requires 2-5 years of experience in Data & AI Decision Science, focusing on AI algorithms, data analysis, and database management. A strong aptitude for problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively are essential.

Familiarity with developing and managing data pipelines is crucial. The position demands adaptability to changing project needs and a commitment to continuous learning within the AI and data science landscape.
