As a key member of the Data & AI team, you will understand the critical role of sound analytical decision-making and its impact on overall project success. You will execute projects focused on business performance improvement, contributing to impactful client deliveries.

Develop and test sophisticated AI algorithms and techniques tailored to solve complex business challenges. Expertly manage large databases, performing exploratory data analysis to uncover valuable insights for stakeholders. Systematically investigate prior information related to problems, asking targeted questions to identify root causes. Employ a structured problem-solving approach, exploring all avenues and asking insightful questions to understand core issues.

Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external consultants to achieve project objectives. Build and manage robust data pipelines to optimize information flow for greater efficiency. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in responding to evolving project requirements. Proactively engage in continuous learning to remain current with industry trends and advancements.

We are seeking individuals with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. Prior experience working with large Software or Platform organizations is essential.

Demonstrate proven success (2+ years) in AI projects and delivering tangible outcomes. Possess hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks like Azure OpenAI and Vertex AI, along with a strong grasp of AI technologies including Embeddings, Prompt Engineering, NLP, and Computer Vision.

Showcase practical experience in building and deploying statistical models and machine learning solutions, covering areas like Segmentation, Predictive Modeling, Hypothesis Testing, Multivariate Statistical Analysis, Time Series Techniques, and Optimization. Ability to handle large datasets and effectively present findings to key stakeholders is crucial. Proficiency in data management using databases such as SQL is required.

Expertise in statistical packages like R, Python, Java, SQL, and Spark is necessary. Familiarity with training Large Language Models and fine-tuning them for specific applications is advantageous. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying and scaling language models is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a data-driven mindset, are vital. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is expected.
