Develop and test AI algorithms and techniques tailored to solve complex business problems. Proficiently manage large databases, performing exploratory data analytics to extract valuable insights. Investigate historical data related to issues and ask probing questions to identify root causes. Employ a systematic problem-solving approach, exploring known avenues and seeking core issue clarification. Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external consultants to meet project objectives. Build and manage data pipelines for streamlined information flow and enhanced efficiency.

Demonstrate adaptability to evolving project requirements and proactively pursue continuous learning to stay abreast of industry trends and advancements.

The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of experience in AI Decision Science. Proficiency in managing large databases and conducting exploratory data analytics is essential. A systematic approach to problem-solving and the ability to ask insightful questions are key. Strong collaboration skills for working with diverse teams are required. Experience in developing and managing data pipelines is a plus. Adaptability and a commitment to continuous learning are highly valued.
