In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and testing AI algorithms and techniques specifically designed to tackle complex business challenges. You will proficiently manage large databases, performing exploratory data analysis to uncover valuable insights for stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include investigating prior information related to problems, asking probing questions to identify root causes, and employing a systematic approach to unravel core issues. Collaboration with internal teams and external consultants will be key to achieving project objectives. You will also develop and manage data pipelines to optimize information flow and demonstrate adaptability in response to evolving project requirements, while proactively seeking continuous learning opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of experience in AI Decision Science, with a strong foundation in developing and testing AI algorithms and managing large databases. Proficiency in conducting exploratory data analysis, systematic problem-solving, and asking insightful questions to identify root causes is essential.

We are looking for individuals who can effectively collaborate with both internal teams and external consultants. Experience in developing and managing data pipelines is also required.
