A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or Information Systems is required. Extensive experience with Generative AI, including the creation and deployment of GenAI and Agentic AI solutions, is essential.

Demonstrate proven success (4+ years) in Life Sciences, Pharma, or Healthcare projects. Possess a deep understanding of pharmaceutical datasets, including commercial, clinical, Real-World Evidence (RWE), and Electronic Medical Records (EMR). Leverage hands-on experience with areas like RWE, clinical data, and digital marketing data. Proficiency in handling datasets from sources like Komodo, RAVE, IQVIA, Truven, and Optum is expected.

Skilled in building and deploying statistical and machine learning models, including segmentation, predictive modeling, hypothesis testing, multivariate statistical analysis, time series techniques, and optimization. Expertise in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and Spark is crucial. Ability to manage large datasets and present findings to stakeholders is key. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for model deployment and scaling is beneficial.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach are necessary. Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint is required. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are vital. The ability to solve complex business problems and deliver exceptional client satisfaction is paramount. Strong writing skills for developing industry trend viewpoints are also important.
