You'll collaborate closely with seasoned practitioners, contributing to AI application development, knowledge retrieval, analytics, and solution delivery while gaining invaluable experience in emerging AI technologies.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to build expertise in Generative AI, including prompt engineering and LLM applications, and explore concepts like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and AI assistants. You will also gain exposure to agentic AI concepts and workflow orchestration.

Support the creation of LLM-powered applications using prompts, APIs, and frameworks. Contribute to RAG solutions by preparing and validating knowledge sources. Assist in building and testing conversational AI and agent workflows. Conduct functional testing and validation of AI application outputs, analyzing responses and documenting findings for improvement.

Gain practical experience working with cloud AI services on platforms like Azure and AWS. Support environment configuration, application testing, and monitoring. Learn and apply enterprise security standards.

Develop Python-based components and integrations with APIs and enterprise systems. Utilize Git for source code management and collaborate using standard development practices. Create technical documentation and support troubleshooting and deployment activities.

We are looking for individuals with 0-2 years of experience in AI/ML, data science, Generative AI, or related engineering fields. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant quantitative or engineering discipline is required.

Essential skills include Python, SQL, a strong understanding of Generative AI fundamentals, prompt engineering, and API integration. Familiarity with RAG fundamentals, agentic AI concepts, LangChain/LangGraph, and cloud AI platforms is highly beneficial.

This position is based in Bengaluru (preferred), Kolkata, or Gurugram. Candidates should be prepared to discuss their hands-on contributions to AI solutions, detailing the business problem, their role, and the testing methodology employed.
